Our dreams are sacred & depending on our experience this world may be a source of anxiety or one of healing. This is due to many reasons, some of which are tied to trauma and oppression to name a few. Reclaiming your dream world is an act of spiritual resistance and connecting with plants is an amazing way to begin your relationship to your dreams.

In this workshop we will revisit the happenings that occur when we slumber and guide one another through self-interpretation and creative expression. We will meditate on ways in which we can honor our dreams and share knowledge on supportive practices for cultivating & sustaining these relationships. Plant allies that support the dream world will be shared & participants will make their own dream tea blend to take home! Afterwards, tinctures and flower essences will be available for purchase for those interested. We are excited to facilitate this workshop with the folks from The Arctos School of Herbal and Botanical Studies.

Tickets must be purchased in order to participate

Scholarships are available for folks that identify as a Person of Color
