Cantos Tiernos is the medicine of songs, of humming, of the sounds that soothe us. This blend of flowers, spices and herbs is an agua flórida that was created to help move energy when fire and smoke is not possible, or when it is not the most helpful to our hearts and spirits. Water helps energy flow, cleanses wounds and hydrates our bodies when we need it the most.

As teachers, practitioners or facilitators, we may use the elements to ground and cleanse us of stagnant energy in order to take care of ourselves and the work we are offering. It is key to keep a practice such as this especially if we are holding space for others.

This blend brings together the following herbs, flowers and spices in a 4 oz bottle with distilled water and grain alcohol:

• Cempasúchil*

• Tulsi*

• Rose

• Cinnamon

• Clove

• Citrus Peels (lime, grapefruit)

• Rosemary*

*Grown and harvested in our garden in ABQ or at Good Dirt Farm

To Use: To support in the cleansing of a home or gathering space, we recommend doing so with ventilation if possible; just a few sprits throughout the area as needed. Agua flórida can be used to cleanse the air after a deep clean or when moving through a transition. To support oneself or another we suggest spritzing 1-2 times and walking gently through the mist or spraying directly onto one’s body at an arms length away. Do not use on open wounds or near an open flame as this blend contains alcohol.

To Store: Keep away from heat and direct light, shelf life is at least two years depending on use and care.
