The workshop will be offered at a new date - Tuesday January 20th and at CNM’s Main Campus, please save the date! We will share a new flyer as details are shared with us AND our workshop will require an RSVP for attendance to help us keep track of participation. Everyone is welcome to join Cenotes Oníricos, and the workshop is offered free of charge!

Come learn how dreams can be a reflection of our health!

We will providing a free plática and workshop on the nature of dreams for our wellbeing and by extension the wellbeing of our families and communities.

Participants will learn practical techniques for better sleep, interpretation of dreams and will walk away with plant allies for continued support.

This workshop is offered at the invitation of @cnmsuncats Wellness Department and is part of their Wellness Resource Fair. Details such as time and location will be shared once the college updates their event. Thank you for your patience!
